Cancellation Policy

TSSI Refund & Cancellation Policy At TSSI, we are committed to delivering high-quality training and certification programs. Due to instructor scheduling, compliance requirements, preparation time, and limited class capacity, the following policies are strictly enforced. No Refund Policy All payments made to TSSI are non-refundable. This includes deposits, tuition, certification fees, administrative fees, and any associated training costs. By registering for a course, clients acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including scheduling conflicts, missed sessions, personal emergencies, or failure to complete the program. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy While refunds are not permitted, TSSI allows limited rescheduling options under the following terms: Cancellations 72 Hours or More Before Scheduled Training Eligible to reschedule one time at no charge New training date must be scheduled within 60 days of the original session After 60 days, all fees are forfeited Cancellations Within 48 Hours of Scheduled Training Eligible to reschedule within 60 days A $75 administrative rescheduling fee applies Fee must be paid prior to confirming the new training date Cancellations Within 24 Hours of Scheduled Training Subject to a $50 late cancellation fee The client may reschedule within 60 days If rescheduling, applicable fees must be paid before the new date is confirmed Less Than 24 Hours Notice or No-Show Considered a forfeited session Client must re-enroll at the full current training rate The previous payment will not be applied toward the new registration Additional Terms Only one reschedule per registration is permitted. All rescheduled sessions are subject to availability. Failure to reschedule within 60 days results in forfeiture of all fees. All cancellation and reschedule requests must be submitted in writing via email. By registering for any TSSI training or certification program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
